Denise Doronila, PA

A board-certified physician assistant with experience in surgery, family practice, urgent care and occupational medicine, Denise knows firsthand what it’s like to be a neurosurgery patient. At age 18, she underwent an extensive, multilevel spinal fusion to treat severe scoliosis.

Her own challenges give her a unique perspective, and she approaches medicine with compassion and a deep understanding for those facing similar difficulties.

Denise loves to collaborate with surgery teams and her patients to provide the best possible care and outcome. She serves patients with health concerns such as nerve pain, neck and back pain, brain tumors, traumatic brain injury, degenerative and herniated discs, spinal stenosis, spinal arthritis and more.

Born in the Philippines, Denise was raised in upstate New York and has lived in California since 2017. She enjoys art, animal rescue, farming, traveling, the outdoors and tending to her menagerie of animals.
