David Kaba, MD, is a distinguished otolaryngology (ENT) specialist with a unique combination of expertise in surgery, immunology, allergies and the surgical treatment of obstructive sleep apnea, making his practice a vital asset to the Tillamook County community. With an MD and a PhD in immunology, Dr. Kaba’s extensive training and broad experience have established him as the longest-serving otolaryngology specialist on the northern Oregon coast, from Astoria to Lincoln City.
Originally from southern Oregon, he has a deep-rooted passion for science, learning and the Oregon Coast, where he plans to retire. Beyond medicine, Dr. Kaba is a second-degree Judo black belt, embracing patience under pressure — a philosophy that enriches his medical practice.
