Danielle L Reed-Chaney, NP

Danielle L. Reed-Chaney is a board-certified family nurse practitioner specializing in women’s health.

Inspired to pursue medicine by strong, powerful and capable women in her own life, she’s passionate about empowering her patients to achieve their goals while feeling protected, cared for and supported.

Danielle sees women from adolescence through post-menopause and offers a wide range of women’s health services, including contraception, prenatal and postpartum care, STI treatment, pap smears, menopausal care and more.

Prior to primary care, Danielle practiced as a labor and delivery nurse for more than 18 years. She loves building strong connections with her patients and creating an environment where they feel heard and understood.

In her leisure, she enjoys reading, shopping, traveling and watching movies. She lives in her hometown, Bakersfield, with her husband, two children, four dogs and cat.
