I have recommended Claudia Smith many times.

Claudia is an excellent NP. Very caring and listened to all my needs. Going to miss her a lot. She has been our NP for over 20 years. Sorry to see her go. But wish her the best inher retirement.

Professional and caring always

I like very much that Claudia Smith discusses with me my concerns, and then reads out what she is entering into my medical record in case we want to further discuss it. She is very thorough, and I have already recommended her to friends who are very pleased with her care.

Claudia also provides excellent care for my 52 year old son. After every appointment he thanks me for recommending her to him.

I continue to be very impressed with Claudia Smith NP's concern and careful discussion of my condition, and her initiative to find answers to my ongoing situation. She checked history of my condition to make a clear update with my gastroenterologist, and planned further decision upon receiving results of tests.

Twice now she has failed to inform the blood lab regarding my clotting issues, and twice in a row now I had to come back for a redraw
