Cleaned my right eat with incredible gentleness, didn't feel any pain.

He was excellent this time- really listened, took his time, and was thorough.

The doctor was better this time. He dressed more decent and talked a little more. His attitude was more cheerful than the last time. Probably had a better day than last? Probably feeling a little better physically and emotionally and not as stressed or irritated or angered by whatever happened to him last visit. Answered my questions when I asked him. Hopefully he will continue to improve his bedside manners to his patients.

Dr Lombardo is the only ENT doctor. There is no choice.

Dr. Lombardo is amazing. He suggests novel things I can do at home that will help my situation.

I felt he was basically telling me there was nothing he can do but all he did was listen to what I was having issues with. He did explain why as I expressed my displeasure with our discussion but I still felt like it made no sense that I have a throat problem, constant coughing, hacking, and tightness in the throat. I felt this was an ears nose and throat specialists job but he stated that my issue is not related to his specialty. Despite it being a throat issue. He did provide me with medication and stated he will consider a reflux problem but I felt like my appointment was a waste of time.
