About Christopher Karl Kruebbe

About The Provider

Christopher Kruebbe, LCSW, CADC I, CAIS, is a dedicated licensed clinical social worker and certified alcohol and drug counselor with extensive experience supporting individuals through a wide range of mental health challenges. His clinical work includes helping patients navigate PTSD, depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar conditions, dissociative identity disorders, and substance misuse with compassion and skill.

Christopher provides inclusive care for children, adults, and geriatric patients, and he is deeply committed to serving diverse communities, including marginalized populations. He is trained in evidence-based approaches such as eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) and accelerated resolution therapy (ART), allowing him to support patients through trauma and complex emotional experiences in effective, thoughtful ways.

Christopher is accompanied during therapy sessions by his service dog, Quinn. Quinn is a trained service animal and will be present in all sessions. Patients with questions or concerns related to this accommodation are encouraged to discuss them at the time of scheduling.

Beyond his clinical practice, Christopher volunteers with the American Red Cross as a disaster mental health professional and serves with the Nehalem Bay Volunteer Medical Reserve Corps and the Community Emergency Response Team, reflecting his strong commitment to community service.

Outside of work, Christopher enjoys hiking, kayaking, gardening, collecting records, playing the flute in the Columbia River Symphony, and spending time outdoors with Quinn. He maintains close ties to Louisiana, where his roots remain an important part of his life.
