Betsy Hinrichsen, PMHNP

Betsy Hinrichsen, MSN, MA, PMHNP-BC, is a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. She treats adolescents and adults with a wide range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, substance use disorder and bipolar disorder. 

Betsy has always felt drawn to professions that contribute directly to others’ health and well-being. Previously, she worked with at-risk youth in juvenile justice and alternative education settings. There, she became acutely aware of how important our mental health is in leading a satisfying, fulfilled life. This experience inspired her to become a nurse practitioner focused in psychiatry. 

Originally from Minnesota, Betsy has lived in rural Canada, New York, Philadelphia, St. Louis and Moscow. She loves the Napa Valley region and is looking forward to putting down roots with her long-term partner.
