About The Provider
Board-certified physician assistant Ashlyn Williams specializes in orthopedics. “I enjoy helping my patients through both conservative and surgical management for their orthopedic issues and seeing the life-changing results that allow them to get back to the activities they love,” she says.
Ashlyn treats a wide range of conditions, with a special emphasis on preparing patients for joint replacement surgery. She also sees people for fractures, sports injuries, osteoarthritis, shoulder injuries like rotator cuff tears, and knee injuries like ACL and meniscus tears.
“I try to get to know my patients very well so I can be their advocate through their healthcare journey,” she shares.
Ashlyn enjoys hiking, traveling, running, and spending time with family and friends. She especially loves exploring nature with her husband, James, and their two daughters. The family has an energetic and sweet German shorthaired pointer named Juniper.

She looked over my x-rays and previous history. I was so afraid my problem would involve surgery but after she explained what could be done to relieve my pain, she gave me a cortisone injection and I felt less pain in 2 days.

My father was not receiving any relief from his hip pain from any of the providers he sought help from (and that was several). I recommended MCMC Orthopedics (Ashlyn specifically) to my father and convinced him to make an appointment with her. She's the only one that made a difference. Now he is walking without pain and without a walker.
