Upon reviewing Sandhu's notes post visit everything was addressed and expressed

Very disappointed that a yr after acillies surgery I've have a left foot that hurts swells and I can barely get around on. I don't have confidence he can make it right! He didn't indicate that to me in talking about it, seemed he'd rather I'd go away
