It would be good to have a better explanation of certain documents as it pertains to medical language. I had no idea of what certain words and phrases meant on a specific document that was shared with me. It did not seem as though the doctor knew either. Perhaps the bodies writing the documents can give better clarification and maybe in simpler terms for everyone to understand.
