She hits all the marks,very thorough

Ann is a very caring provider . I like seeing her but I don't like waiting

She was totally awesome, she said "everyone is important, everyone matters" and I truly experienced that first hand.

Dr. LaRocca is very smart and listens.

I highly recommend Ann Larocca. She's listens to the patient and cares.

She runs late a lot and cancels appointments which has made it hard for me to get the care I need. I am seriously considering finding another PCP.

She was snippy, and very short to my husband (who is a Doctor) about correcting a coding error on labs that she ordered. She never told us that she ordered lab she ordered, we found out on our own. She never advised us on the results of a respiratory function test that she ordered Which we were told she would and seemed "put out" when we asked for them. All and all an unsatisfactory.

Ann was very easy to talk to

There was no real "physical" exam.. But lots of questions, offers for referrals and some suggestions of what to do. She previously set me up with diabetic foot care, eye care and healthy living for nutrition, exercise, etc. I fell and hurt my hand... Because I've had basal joint thumb surgery, she referred me to the hand doctor and ordered an xray as well as facilitated the transfer of my medical records and films.
