Dr. Le is encouraging in spite of challenging circumstances possibly requiring surgery. He doe not make us feel rushed and encouages questions to reassure correct decisions are made.

He's a new doctor for me but seems to be attentive to my questions

I felt somewhat rushed by Dr. Le. He briefly greeted me, asked me how my PT went and then immediately began checking my reflexes, seemed unimpressed and without asking any further questions began to outline a care plan. I had to assert myself and interrupt him to share some new symptoms, which resulted in a change in the urgency of my followup care. I think he should consider slowing down, ask more open-ended questions and offer an opportunity for patient input. Very nice man, but seemed a little dismissive initially.

He is too far away from my city to recommend but I go because he was my doctor before he changed locations.

It is especially nice that the doctor's head did not have to be in a computer screen the entire time. He did not use the computer at all during my visit, which was VERY refreshing. He listened to me and answered my questions and did not spend my appointment time on the computer.
