Doctor discredited my statements and symptoms and put me down at every appointment. I had to fight for referrals and for medications. She ordered images that she refused to look at. Then, when another provider ordered images and found something, she credited the findings to "my positioning." She is very apathetic. She broke my spirit.

She's my favorite Doctor

Generally, the doctor has been polite and listened to my questions, concerns and comments. However, on this visit that was not the case. I felt as though I was talked over and interrupted several times during my visit. Further, there seemed to be a communication problem. When I was asked where my prescriptions should be sent I answered that all should go to my usual pharmacy, however one of them has to go to another particular pharmacy, as they are the only pharmacy that can supply this particular prescription. The doctor told me that's too confusing. I reiterated that one prescription is a compound, which is why it can't go to my main pharmacy, which doesn't fill compounds. The doctor reiterated that it's confusing and I need to "tell the girls". I told her I tell them every time and, I'm always told that they'll notate it in my chart, yet my compound often gets sent to my main pharmacy, which, again, does not fill compounds. She then said, "It's confusing - you should tell them every time." She then asked me who prescribes this compound medication and I answered that she does and has for quite some time. I felt that more than a few topics became argumentative as this topic did. I left feeling that I'd been scolded and disrespected.
