He is not punctual BUT I really like him. I feel like I can have a real conversation with him and he cares for my health. He tries to make sure my insurance will cover each visit. When I had to have hernia surgery during COVID he advocated for me to the point he was willing to admit me to ER. I like him a lot but I'm frustrated by having to wait. He does not answer emails sent to him personally.

Dr Shahroz does not listen to me. He is very short and just tells me what's going to happen. He brought up my fear of needles when talking about my bloodwork while my mother was in the room and I felt it was completely unnecessary for that to be brought up, kinda like I deserve what's happening to me. I left very angry and upset. I've already initiated a transfer request to another primary doctor within the facility
