Sure. The doctor listened to me but had no answers to my questions and instead had me reach out to the company that makes the supplies. I am so beyond frustrated

Brief and didn't listen very well at all. Comparing the notes in my patient portal with the experience they didn't match at all. It felt like the notes were for someone else.

My doctor was outstanding. He listened very well, he understood my needs, and he had genuine empathy for my situation. He gave me the best possible care!

I really liked that I was about twenty minutes early, and was able to be seen right away. I know I was on a lucky day for that though lol.
