I love Dr Song because she is a great listener and she gives me so many options to help me with my problems.

I think Dr Song is great. Very kind and listens well. However, the frustrations with wait times are enough for me to not recommend. I also feel in general the prenatal care is lacking here. I'm ant the end of my pregnancy and have never been asked about my previous pregnancies or labors/deliveries for example. There has been little to none prenatal education (except for the occasional handout given to me). It is also extremely hard to reach anyone to get lab results, etc. Unless the provider responds directly to my message, no one else has been able to answer my questions about labs and I have waited weeks at a time for anyone to respond to me even after multiple phone calls and messages.
